Is there deploy.prototxt availble for download or coco_vgg16_faster_rcnn_final.caffemodel?

1.The author has abandoned the model in the specification (py-faster-RCNN). 2.tensorRT has related routines,but The model still requires you to write your own plug-ins。（https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/prototxt-for-caffee-trained-with-faster-rcnn/72743）
