@stanmoore1 aren't we now getting close to the point where Kokkos GNU Makefile support will just go away? It's been deprecated and will go away in the next major release....
It's fine if you want GNU Makefile files to be working as long as Kokkos supports it. I only take issue with "so Blackwell support will remain hidden for now...
