Add support for buttons

Is it possible to add support for the buttons that some lcd screens have? I'd love to use mpdlcd to control MPD.

I'm actually making some good progress on this. I've already got skipping backwards and forwards in the playlist working as well as pause, play and stop. I want to be able to browse the database as well and add to and subtract from the playlist. Once I get all that working I'll submit a patch.

I'll be glad to merge it then (my own LCD doesn't have buttons, so its quite harder for me to test such feature!)
