Implement react-map-gl APIs

[mskr]

The react-map-gl project has support from mapbox and the linux foundation and good API docs.

For the sake of streamlining projects with this kind of reactive programming paradigm, I think it would be good to implement their APIs.

I will assign myself on this and try to contribute something whenever I have time.
