[Collection] Delete/Reset Progress on Completed Collections

At present, the content is marked in progress if it is completed, and vice versa.

  • The progressions/bulk API is returning 0 items when a new progression is created. Without the new data and id, the client can't make the future requests.
  • Resetting progress in offline mode for multiple contents will require a bulk delete API.
