please add narrow width resolution option for GBA

please could you add a lower width resolution for double strike mode for GBA, so it fills more the width of the screen GBA width is 240 pixels (× 160 high) at the moment it looks like the double strike mode for GBA is set to 320x224 / 320x240 which gives borders all round.

top and bottom borders of course are neccesary to acheive original pixel perfect resolution, but it would be nice to have the option of filling the width of the screen, so no borders on left/right, for example add 256x224 mode with centralized display would fill the width of the screen and look great, at least an option for those who like it

The GBA emu here is just an old slow version of VBA, just use mGBA instead.
