Feature Request: Alert for door left open more than x minutes

It would be great if you can add option to announce message if door is left open for more than x minutes --coolcatiger (STCommunity)

Alert for when energy level goes < or > a certain amount. A variation of this would also include total cumulative watts used. I use the Aeon Smart Energy switch to alert me when my laundry is done, it would nice for it to verbally tell me too. Thanks!

Would love to be able to be alerted at specified time intervals if Door or windows etc is left open. SHM has this but it fails at being great at it. Big talker works reliably for me, so hoping it can be implemented. PS thank you for this awesome smart app.
