Feature Request: Energy level alert and report

Alert for when energy level goes < or > a certain amount. A variation of this would also include total cumulative watts used. I use the Aeon Smart Energy switch to alert me when my laundry is done, it would nice for it to verbally tell me too. Thanks! --GitHub:jimxenus
