Cant get BigTalker 2 to find Lannouncer as an audio device

Hi, I loved BigTalker and have used it for some time on my android phone alongside Lannouncer but since upgrading to BigTalker 2 I can no longer see Lannouncer as a device? I have completely removed and reinstalled Lannouncer and BigTalker 2 but Lannouncer just does not appear. Any help is much appreciated Thank you

When you installed BigTalker2 there was a switch option to configure it for musicPlayer or speechSynthesis mode. To see LanNouncer, BigTalker needs to be configured in speechSynthesis mode.

If you are in musicPlayer mode you will have to remove and add back to see that option again.

Thanks for your response, I did select speech synthesis mode but reinstalled just to be sure, still no sign of Lannouncer?

Did you get this resolved? I use LanNouncer as well and have no issues with it showing up for use in BigTalker2 as a speech device while in speechSynthesis mode.

I am having the same issue. I installed form the repository and I do not recall it asking me for a choice of musicPlayer or speechSynthesis. Where does it show up at? Or do I need to install in a different way?

The prompt for musicPlayer or SpeechSynthesis mode only shows up during install. It is an off/on switch used to determine the mode. The only way to have it come back up is to uninstall (the code can stay) and then reinstall and reconfigure the app

@Grolly68 does LanNouncer show up in other apps that use speechSynthesis? I use the same and its always appeared when in this mode for me.
