Describe the bug When refreshing a project with more than 8000 jobs, the experience is not pleasant. Job refresh not showing the log for some time, and then start showing the logs. However, the functionality works.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Prepare a huge amount of jobs (more than 8000 jobs).
  2. Deploy jobs
  3. Refresh jobs

Expected behavior Job refresh should be able to give a proper log or status of what current process is happening. Not showing anything is not a pleasant experience and users might think it is crashing.
