Migrate all the plugins to Yaml based CLI specifications

Description All the existing plugins need to support Yaml based specifications which later will be used for client side syncing and rendering of questions as defined in the specification.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Job specs should be created without any compatibility issues.
• [x] Default configs can be deprecated and expect users to use config inheritance.
