Fixed Mobile Update and More

This update, as the title says is a combination of the two PRs. If you encounter any issues let me know and I'll do my best to fix it a a soon as possible, but also make sure to check the console to catch any errors related to any potential issues.
What's New
-The mobile menu now has a starting animation
-Elements now react to mouse on hover when on desktop
-Exiting the mobile experience when hitting maximize no longer locks the screen(I had to implement the functionality to disable the mobile styling on the body)
-Created a class body-styling which will be applied to the body when on mobile mode, and be removed when not in this state
Mobile menu at different sizes
The width at which the mobile menu is available is now 850px. The reason? Since the navbar has a fixed width, below that width it starts getting pushed left, and the about section is almost not visible.
