Home page is not loading css

Current behavior Home page (after login) is not loading any CSS (sometimes) and showing errors in the console. I have deployed this in azure app service.

Steps to reproduce complete initial setup, then close the browser and hit the URL.

Expected behavior Should not give any errors in the console and should load all the CSS.
