User profile page

Think about.me for authors.

This is where user can edit his profile etc., this is put on hold in the backlog.

The feat 179 branch was intended to add user profile page to client site, but left unfinished to the backlog for a future endeavor. Instead this PR updates client site navbar with user avatar and latest bootstrap.

The last commit, which was not merged into dev, of this branch sketched out

  • UserController
  • Separate _Layout into _Blog and _User layouts and _ViewStarts
  • Separate _Header and _Footer partials
