Apart from the XML style format that is used for Rocksmith customs, no. There hasn't been any reason to do so.

You can use the "musical MIDI" export feature that saves the guitar and bass notes as their real pitch values and possibly import that into a music editing program. EOF doesn't support MusicXML, which seems like it would be complicated to add.
