When storing the tempo track into the project causes notes not to be there when saved (Mid beat tempo/ts changes)

When you save the EOF project the notes are not in the final midi but is in the editor on fire project.

Please provide a sample MIDI file and cite some examples (track, difficulty, timestamp).

Midi - Import - Store the tempo track into this project - yes - tried both to saving beat track and still happened on both.
