Need help to bind

Can you help me to bind the below details with your code.

Server IP: 138.201.203.5 Port: 5111 System Id: tontrx1 Password: tontrx1 Tx | Rx | TxR Count: 0|0|5 Whitelisted IP(s) : Address TON/NPI : 1/1 Destination TON/NPI : 1/1 System Type : Transactional

I do not know where to put what variable/value. As i bought one script from Ynet Interactive they happen to use your code to connect with SMPP. But there are not providing proper help.

Please help to setup this. Waiting for you reply
