[Things] Menubar shouldn't show done tasks

The Menu bar shouldn't show completed tasks, it's correctly showing all todos from "Today" but when marking as complete the task in the menubar never changes. I suppose this can be remedied by using the Things preference "Move completed items to Logbook" set to "Immediately" but I still think this should be fixed in code.
