Add Windows 11 support to Smart Reply extension

Description

Currently, Smart Reply extension only works on macOS with Raycast for Mac. Since Raycast now has a public beta for Windows, Smart Reply should be enabled for Windows 11 users as well.

Current behavior:

• Smart Reply is not available or cannot be used on Windows 11 in Raycast for Windows

Desired behavior:

• Smart Reply extension should be fully functional on Windows 11 with Raycast for Windows, supporting the same AI-powered multilingual response generation features available on macOS

Who will benefit from this feature?

Windows 11 users who use Raycast for Windows would greatly benefit from this feature. This includes:

• Professional users who need to generate quick, multilingual AI-powered responses in Windows environments
• Teams using Raycast on Windows who need Smart Reply functionality for enhanced productivity
• International users working across multiple languages who rely on the extension's multilingual capabilities

This feature would help bring parity between the macOS and Windows versions of Raycast and the available extensions ecosystem.
