Add Precise Path Locator extension

Description

Adds a new extension called Precise Path Locator.

This extension bridges the gap between Spotlight's speed and Finder's navigation capabilities directly within Raycast.

Key Features:

• 🚀 Strict Global Search: Uses native mdfind but filters results to match the exact search term, ensuring precision and reducing noise.
• 📂 Deep Navigation Mode: Allows users to "drill down" into folders (Cmd + Enter) and browse subdirectories without leaving the Raycast interface.
• 🖼 Dynamic Split View: Automatically switches to a detailed view showing file metadata (Size, Created, Modified) when results are found.
• 🚫 Smart Filtering: Automatically excludes the Downloads folder to keep results clean.
