[Dice & Coin] RNG: Add custom number range for dice throw

Open mwielondek opened this issue 4 months ago • 2 comments

Extension

https://www.raycast.com/yonbergman/dice-and-coin

Description

The current action returns a random number from 1 to 6; great for dice, but limiting for broader use. Please add an action that lets users set a custom min and max (e.g., 1–100 or 10–16) so the extension works as a general-purpose RNG.

Why?

  • Covers more scenarios
  • Keeps the dice behavior as a default while offering flexible ranges for "power users".
  • Reduces the need to install a separate RNG extension; one tool does both.

Who will benefit from this feature?
