[Kaomoji Search] add kaomoji locally or to asciilib directly from the extension

Description

A way to conveniently and quickly add kaomoji either just locally or to asciilib.

Adding to asciilib would require user authentication with github, enabling kaomoji search to directly submit a pull request to asciilib.

Alternatively, to improve accessibility for users without a github account and to make it easier and quicker from ux side, integrate a bot github acc into kaomoji search to facilitate prs when a user wants to add kaomoji.

Lastly an option to add kaomoji locally would be a nice feature as well. When adding new kaomoji, just leave an option to upload / contribute to asciilib or to just save it locally.
