Update `Cloudinary` extension - Cache Enhancements + Pagination in `Search`

• View more than 30 results at a time in "Search" via Pagination
• Cache "Search" through useCachedPromise
• Cache "View Item" through useCachedPromise
• Add placeholders to Preferences
• cloudinaryApiSecret is now of type password
• Various type and argument refactor
• Use Raycast Hooks where possible

The build is failing because of .husky I think. Not sure how we can make the Ray CI happy.
