Description
Hey guys,
When I type a search query in Portuguese containing an accent character, it returns weird characters. For example, instead of returning "Como eu faço," it displays "como eu faA§o." This issue only occurs with the Ecosia and Kagi search engines.

Steps To Reproduce
- In the command
Search Arc, set Ecosia or Kagi as theSearch Engine - Enable the option
Show suggestionsunderSection - Type a query containing an accent character (á â ã ó ô õ é ê í ó ô õ ú û ç)
Current Behaviour
Ecosia search suggestions ❌
Kagi search suggestions ❌
Expected Behaviour
Google search suggestions ✅
