[Dub Link Shortener] Workspace API Keys are not supported

Description

Dub.co recently launched workspace api keys and deprecated user keys. New user keys generation is not allowed. So new users for this raycast extension are stuck as using workspace keys for retrieving all workspaces is not supported.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set the workspace api key in API Key preference
2. Open "Search Links" command to see the error

Current Behaviour

Only user API keys are supported.

Expected Behaviour

Both user and workspace API keys are supported.
