feat: add PDF to PDFA comamand

Description

PDF/A format is a standardized version of PDF designed specifically for archiving and long-term preservation of electronic documents. It requires the PDF/A documents to be 100% self-contained and platform independent.

I am extending the ILovePDF extension to allow for converting a PDF to PDF/A format.

For testing, I used a 3rd party website www.pdf2go.com to validate the correctness of PDF/A format.

I was wondering it this explanation below the file upload is really necessary. In some cases, it even adds a scroll. Shouldn't the user know about it if they want to convert? Or is there another source you can link instead?

I was wondering it this explanation below the file upload is really necessary. In some cases, it even adds a scroll. Shouldn't the user know about it if they want to convert? Or is there another source you can link instead?

The user might want to just convert to PDFA but they don't know the difference between conformance levels (different standards). So, I though it would be better for them to know the differences while they are doing that conversion where they can compare them quickly.
