Add tureng-translate extension

Description

This is an extension for tureng.com, a website designed to translate words or phrases between various languages.

It operates using the translate command.

I asked for permission from the website owner to publish this extension, and they granted permission for the first 10 responses. They requested that I include a link at the bottom of the list to facilitate easy access to their website for users.

Supported languages:

• Turkish to English
• German to English
• French to English
• Spanish to English
• English to Turkish
• English to German
• English to French
• English to Spanish
