[feat] Make floating terminal window title optional

Related to https://github.com/ray-x/go.nvim/issues/343 I'd like to be able to configure the highlight and position of the title, and if possible not trimming it as I want to see he whole command that is running

Should been fixed. The title will be trimmed to width of floating windows size
