Have a minimal version with just compiler options

I already have LSP, formatting and lint setup with nvim-lint, conform and Mason LSP config so a lot of what is provided here would be redundant or could potentially have some conflict, but the build options seem great and are something I am looking for, maybe that could be separated into a dependency plugin for this project and allow people with a little more mature generalized setup make use of the build tools provided here.
