[core][adag] Support reading the same node from another DAG node and the driver

Why are these changes needed?

To allow reading the same node from another node and the driver (was only another node OR driver before). There is still an issue where it fails when the actor that produced the value tries reading it, that I opened a separate issue for. #48100
