[core] Failed to close sockets in CoreWorker when crash.

What happened + What you expected to happen

Failed to close sockets in CoreWorker could potentially ends up with socket not being closed in gRPC in a timely way.

There are two sockets:

• GcsClient
• Pubsub long poling.

When worker exits, we need to close them.

test_advanced_9 sometimes is flakey due to this.
