What happened + What you expected to happen

When rolling back kuberay 1.1.1 to 1.0.0, an exception will occur, and using Replicas in 1.0.0 will result in an error. Can you provide this compatibility support? And as much as possible, don't delete fields in the CRD, I think this might be an intuitive maintenance and upgrade criterion. Thank you!

Reproduction script

Submitting a RayJob based on 1.1.1 and then falling back to version 1.0.0, the whole kuberay should be stuck.

Anything else

Perhaps this field could be added for 1.1.1 and beyond, it might be difficult to upgrade to a new version if you can't roll back
