Chrome userAgents no longer working after latest update?

I select a Chrome userAgent and websites still think I'm using Firefox.

Also, when I press the "Apply (this tab)" button, the userAgent switch doesn't actually apply and the userAgent selection disappears as soon as you click off the UI.

What is the operation mode? Does Apply (all tabs) work?

Well I have custom mode, but since it didnt worked I testet every mode and none worked for me in Firefox

I had the same issue on Firefox and had to grant permission "Access your data for all web sites" to to plug-in to make user agent spoofing work again.

This is unfortunate, but currently this work-around is OK for me.

hmm for me it works again. in firefox about:config there was a variable dom.push.userAgentID which was set, I removed it. now custom mode works again
