Schedule rules act in reverse in v2 and v3.

I found my profile did not work properly after an auto upgrade from Microsoft Edge, so I tried to read the source code and found this issue.

For example, if I set a global schedule rule from 7:00am to 10:00am on monday, then in v2 this addon will block certain sites during this time and allow me to access freely in the rest. But in v3 this addon will act in reverse --- it only allow me to access freely from 7:00-10:00 on monday and block certain sites in the rest.

Please update the document on https://add0n.com/block-site.html, or modify the behavior of schedule rules in v3 to match v2.

I also found the schedule blocking rule is in reverse with Google Chrome (version 99.0.4844.82) and version 0.4.2 of Block site extension.

I am also having the same issue on Google Chrome after importing the configuration from Firefox.
