[enhancement] Filter Search Results

I (and likely others) would find it very useful if this extension was updated to filter search results to match the existing blacklist/whitelist.

An example of another extension that provides this feature is uBlacklist.

This extension has way more features than others, especially including the whitelist option, and it would be wonderful if the feature was absorbed into this one.
