Raycast best settings?

so I have been messing around with the settings but I cannot get a decent set up for the ray controller and time of day I been viewing some youtube videos and i have seen some impressive videos some are toon and some are high quality I know they use material textures and some use a lot of unknown effects but I wanted to know what's the entire effects and settings they use? for raycast so I been trying and trying for hours and never got my raycast to look good I look on youtube for some tutorials and some are not even close to what I want question I want to know about effects. not only that but I came across this person MMD pictures on DeviantArt and from what I have seen what is Pure Graphics Engine V3.50 ? anyways and how did this person make his mmd so good

It uses either an engine on top of MMD or its own shader framework. Whatever it is, the author is not going to reveal what it is. If you want - you can achieve good quality, but only with additional configuration of ray.conf, it is in the folder with the shader, and additional materials that can be found on the network
