can't find skylighting_hdr.fx

I can't find the file skylighting_hdr.fx, not even by searching the files, and I can't find a way to download it on its own. Anyone know where the file is or knows of a place I can download the single file?

@TootyTurtle it's in the master branch download, no longer referenced by the dev branch. Do you pay for bandwidth? You can just download the master branch. I know you said, single file, I know that's not single file.
