Mirroring a change done early in ioq3's life (commit https://github.com/ioquake/ioq3/commit/0c4313369535b0086127c2d6d194d50eebc494e1), surprised it wasn't fixed sooner

All warnings during compilation have been fixed by this PR. Please test and give feedback, there's quite a bit here

When the upstream cc65 repository updates any code in the main/master branch, the submodule should be automatically able to update itself to match. Would a GitHub Actions action be able...
