"Finished" app with REMI

Hey, this is not really an issue, but as we don't have a gitter chat or anything (I created it, in case you wanna use it: https://gitter.im/dddomodossola/remi).

It's a webapp to put inside of robots that use ROS (robotic operative system) which they have something called a dynamic reconfigure node which enables changing parameters of running software on the fly. Currently there is a QT based GUI to do this, so if you wanna tune anything you must have a proper installed computer with linux, ROS, the full qt stuff, etc.

Now thanks to this awesome app, connecting to the correct hostname:port you can modify those parameters from any device!

It stills needs some love to be really used (be able to tune IP, port and so) but it's fully functional. And not so ugly xD
