Stuck on Black Screen After Executing kldload i915kms

When I boot into gui using kldload i915kms it shows following output and stays on Black screen 20220605_190613

Flip over to tty2 (Alt+F2), log in as liveuser and try sudo touch /var/run/windowserver

What happens when you try that? Can you log in?

If you can, show me the output of

ls -l /dev/dri ls -l /var/run launchctl list

There is no GUI support for virtual machines currently. Work on vm graphics acceleration is still in progress. Also, please try the latest nightly release from here and see if that works for your system.
