I found one solution as per current logic. We need to set setMax first then set min will solve the issue.

I checked with other BLEChecker app and it detects BLE device with India bought tablet.

Kindly suggest from where did I get logs in application.

I found above shared logs from output window in my Visual Studio 2015. Kindly let me know if you need any other information for troubleshooting.

I tried in past also without GUID also but still it did not work.

I have also received this error. Do you guys have this handled. Shall I switch to another plugin?
