Use 7Zip
Update System.IO.Compression to use 7zip. Support almost all compressed file formats as well as higher level compression algorithms。
I update .net 4.5 to 4.5.1,Because the official （https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/visual-studio-sdks）does not provide the installation package of 4.5。

System.IO.Compression not support for 7z/LZMA1. He can save me nearly 30% of the installation package size
I close all Strong-named assemblies，Because it makes me unable to compile, please handle them properly after merging。
I know SharpCompress，but 7z.dll Always more reliable and performance
