Force updater language

Would be useful to add the possibility to force the updater form language ignoring the current thread culture. My application is completely localized in english and see the updater form in a different language is weird. Can you implement this option please?

In addition due to all the languages, the app pulls a ton of culture files into my publish dir, which bloats the application size.

I guess I will have to clone the code and do some hackery...
