compilation of ue_ip module is getting failed while trying to execute dockerfile for RAN

Hi , I am trying to dockerize RAN. I am using docker desktop. I used ubuntu 18.04 image and over that I m trying to compile oai using command ./build_oai -I -w SIMU --eNB --UE. But compilation of ue_ip module is getting failed.
