[bug] P12S RSV overrides broken in 2.6.9.1 (FFXIV 6.41)

RSV overrides are no longer being applied in P12S since plugin version 2.6.9.1 (FFXIV game version 6.41). Overrides were previously working in plugin version 2.6.9.0 (FFXIV game version 6.40 hotfix). Overrides still work correctly in P9-P11S.
