The API is missing a tweet endpoint (function), for sending tweets

@mphomashika The bot was indented to auto-subscribe to contests by retweeting or liking. I'm not currently maintaining the project. If there are cases in which you have to tweet something instead of RT in order to enter a contest then this is a valid enhancement to the bot. Is this a valid case?
