Random image is rpeating after creating bag file

I have created a bag file and a random image from the data set is repeating over the whole video when I play it, Kindly tell me what to do

I had same problem that the video is inserted with random images. It's caused by the output of ffmpeg is %0d but not %4d or %5d for example. So it takes img_2.png as the first of image_200.png.
