[request] add functionality for cloud services (azure, ...)

Hi Raul, Following your advice, here is the request for adding the option to use the VM with cloud platforms such as Azure.

the latest release includes the AWS Command Line Interface to manage AWS services; it's the first attempt to move towards using cloud services during the labs; I'll keep this issue open as the goal is to have support to some other cloud vendors and that will take a while I guess
