Can't choose external SD to save mangas

Open fbutte opened this issue 7 years ago • 6 comments

I have Android 7.0 and the app doesn't let me select any directory inside the external card. It tell me "cannot write"

Are you going to implement this functionality? Other manga readers, much worse than yours, allow to do it.

Thank you! And your app is the best!

It's the same for me. I also tried to move the folder beforehand, but I guess it's a missing Android permission.

Device: Samsung T-820, Android 7.0

Anyway: Thanks for your great work!

@fbutte & @bskeller since kitkat write external sd can't be done, after lollipop or marshmallow (don't remember) need a extra workaround not implemented yet to do this, but you can always on any system write the aplication folder, so after say this, you can create a folder in your external device/Android/data/ar.rulosoft.mimanganu/ and select this dir. please give a feedback about this
