Local GPS nor working

I could not make local GPS working. I have enabled it via u360gts with NMEA and 9600 bauds/s. I send command like this : $GPGGA,064036.289,4836.5375,N,00740.9373,E,1,04,3.2,200.2,M,,,,0000*0E through pin PA3 but nothing appear on GPS screen. I configure the telemetry as GPS_TELEMETRY at 9600 bauds/s and it works on telemetry pin (PA10). Do you have the same problem. Where is my mistake ? Thanks
